How do I schedule a tour?

You can schedule a tour of Pullman Yards by using the Schedule a Tour page on our website, submitting a request through the Contact Us page, or calling our leasing office directly. Our team can walk you through available floor plans, finish options, and community amenities, so you can find the right fit.

What is the application process?

Once you choose your preferred apartment home, you’ll complete the online application, submit the application fee and holding fee, and provide any required documentation. Applications are reviewed for income, credit, rental history, and public criminal records. If an applicant does not meet eligibility requirements, the holding fee will be refunded.

How long does the approval process take?

Most applications are processed within 1–3 business days once all required documents have been received. Timing may vary depending on how quickly verification items are completed.

What lease terms do you offer?

Pullman Yards offers flexible lease terms ranging from 6 to 12 months, depending on availability and the time of year. Please contact the leasing office or submit an inquiry online for current lease term options.

Is there a waitlist if the floor plan I want is not available?

Yes. If your preferred layout is not currently available, you can join our priority waitlist by submitting an online application, a $50 application fee per person, and a $75 priority reservation deposit. Our leasing team will contact you when a matching apartment becomes available.

Was Pullman Yards formerly called The Burlington?

Yes. Pullman Yards was formerly known as The Burlington. New management took over the community in early 2026, and the property name changed to Pullman Yards as part of that transition. Renters searching for The Burlington apartments in St. Paul can now find the community under the Pullman Yards name.

Pricing & Fees

What is the monthly rent?

Monthly rent at Pullman Yards varies by floor plan, apartment size, finish package, and availability. For the most accurate pricing, please visit the Floor Plans page or contact our leasing team directly.

Are utilities included in rent?

Utilities are not included in the monthly rent. Residents are responsible for electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, and optional services such as cable, internet, and phone. Please contact the leasing office for full utility details.

What is the security deposit amount?

Security deposit amounts vary based on screening results and may range from $500 to one month’s rent. Please contact our leasing office for deposit requirements specific to your application.

Are there any application or administrative fees?

A $50 non-refundable application fee is required per applicant, along with a $250 holding fee to reserve your selected apartment during the approval process. Once approved, the holding fee will be applied toward your security deposit. If an applicant does not meet eligibility requirements, the holding fee will be refunded.

Do you require renters insurance?

Yes, renters insurance is required for all residents at Pullman Yards with a minimum liability coverage of $300,000. Please contact the leasing office for policy requirements and available options.

Pet Policies

Are pets allowed?

Yes! Pullman Yards is a pet-friendly apartment community in St. Paul, MN, welcoming residents and their pets.

Is there a pet fee, deposit, or monthly pet rent?

Up to two pets are allowed per apartment home, with a $300 non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent of $50 per dog and $25 per cat. Please contact the leasing office for the complete pet policy.

Are there any breed or weight restrictions?

Breed restrictions apply. Our leasing team can provide the current restricted breed list and answer any pet-related questions.

Do you have any pet-friendly amenities?

Yes. Pullman Yards offers two on-site dog parks, walking trails, and open green space, making it easy to enjoy time outside with your pet without leaving the community.

Apartment Features

What appliances are included?

Apartment appliances vary by finish package and may include white, slate, or stainless-steel appliances, along with a refrigerator, oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher. Select renovated homes also feature upgraded kitchen finishes such as speckled quartz countertops, gray subway tile backsplash, and modern fixtures.

Is there in-unit laundry or on-site laundry facilities?

Select apartments at Pullman Yards include an in-unit washer and dryer, with some homes also offering laundry areas with extra storage. Please contact our leasing team to confirm laundry features for a specific available apartment.

Do the apartments have air conditioning and heating?

Yes, Pullman Yards apartments include central air conditioning and heating to help keep your home comfortable throughout the year.

Do you offer furnished units?

Apartments are offered unfurnished, but our leasing team can connect you with third-party furnishing providers if needed.

Are there options for upgraded finishes?

Yes. Pullman Yards offers a mix of classic and renovated apartment finishes, with select homes featuring speckled quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, wood-style plank flooring, gray subway tile backsplash, and updated cabinetry.

Do any apartments have screened-in balconies?

Yes. Select apartment homes at Pullman Yards include screened-in balconies, adding usable outdoor space while still providing a more enclosed feel.

Does Pullman Yards have extra storage options?

Yes. Select apartments include added storage areas, and the community also offers rentable storage units for residents who need more room.

What amenities are available for residents?

Pullman Yards offers a wide range of community amenities, including an outdoor heated swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center with sauna, clubroom with billiards, demonstration kitchen, basketball and tennis courts, outdoor dining with grilling stations, community walking trails, two dog parks, package room, bike storage, and planned social activities.

Do you have a fitness center and/or pool?

Yes. Residents have access to a 24-hour fitness center with a sauna, as well as an outdoor heated swimming pool with lounge areas for relaxing during warmer months.

Is parking available and are there any additional fees?

Yes. Pullman Yards offers surface lot parking for residents and guests, along with reservable garage parking for residents. Please contact the leasing office for current parking availability and pricing.

Are there shared spaces like a clubhouse or co-working area?

Yes. The community includes a clubroom with billiards and a demonstration kitchen, providing a comfortable shared space for casual gatherings, resident events, or time away from your apartment.

Are there sports courts at Pullman Yards?

Yes. Pullman Yards includes both basketball and tennis courts, giving residents convenient options for outdoor recreation close to home

Policies & Procedures

How do I pay rent?

Residents can pay rent through the online resident portal using ACH or major credit cards. Please note that processing fees may apply to debit and credit card payments. Personal checks and cashier’s checks are also accepted.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Maintenance requests can be submitted through the online resident portal. Emergency maintenance services are available 24 hours a day for urgent issues by calling the office.

What is your guest policy?

Guests are welcome at Pullman Yards, but extended stays may require prior approval from the leasing office. Please refer to your lease agreement or contact our team for full guest policy details.
